Someone Bidded $510 on a item I was selling on eBay and now they don't wont to pay.What should I Do?

This person bidded on an item I was selling on eBay and now refuse to pay for it.what can I do.?

Report them to Ebay right away if they wont pay! Thats the only thing you can do.

Report them (I think you have to wait anywhere from 3-30 days). Make sure you request payment VIA EBAY (for documentation purposes). They will be prosecuted if you wish to pursue it.

no they won't be prosecuted.... there's not really much you can do.. you can report them... then ebay will try and resolve it between you two... but if he doesn't want to pay, he doesn't have to pay.. they'll give him like a warning or nonpaying bidder thing... and then the worst that can happen to him is having his account deactivated
