  1. no that is not right. here is the order from least to greatest:

    4.602, 46.02, 46.2, 462.2

  2. 4.602  -  46.02  -  46.2  -  462.2

  3. No.  4.602 is a number somewhere between 4 and 5.  It's certainly not between 46.2 and 462.2.

  4. Your choice is not right.

At first, you have to look at the number which is before the point and then sort by it.  In our case: 4 < 46 < 462

Since we have several numbers with '46' before the point, we need to check the single figures which follow it.

One number's 1st figure (after the point) is 2, the other's is 0, which makes the 1st number bigger than the 2nd.

    Thus, the right order is: 4.602 < 46.02 < 46.2 < 462.2

  5. No; 4.602, 46.02, 46.2, 462.2

If you line up the decimals on top of each other it'll be easier to distinguish between the numbers.

    Ex:

    __4.602

    462.2

    _46.02

    _46.2

  6. Close, but not correct.

4.602 is the smallest number - outside of that your order is correct.

    The final answer is:

    4.602, 46.02, 46.2, 462.2   <<<<<<

The clue here is to watch the decimal points and otherwise do what you did.

  7. smallest is 4.602

    4.602, 46.02, 46.2, 462.2
