  1. If you're feeling stressed there are a few ways to go.

    1. Get a prescription for Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, etc.  If you are not a strong person(be honest with yourself)  I wouldn't recommend this.  If you are a strong enough person to not take it when you don't need it, this can be a very good route.

    2. Like a previous poster said excercise!  get those endorphins going! when you excercise your body releases it's own painkillers (morphine) and you feel much more relaxed.

  2. Decide that u are going to eat healthy by sticking to salads and raw veges where possible. supplement with vitamin b complex. get enough sleep, excercise (walking excellent) Sometimes use the "whats the worst that could happen" way of looking at life and problems and then u realise that the worst outcome isnt that terrible. also think of the times when things seemed so bad that there was no way out - and u made it through.

  3. Try Valerian - it is a natural herbal remedy for anxiety/stress and nervousness. It is available over the counter from a Herbalist shop. You can also buy Complan or something similar - a powdered form of drink which is easy to digest and has all the vitamins and proteins etc that you need for each day. (A sort of meal replacement drink - used for people who find difficulty eating). Good luck & Best wishes. UK

  4. EXERSIZE! it really works yesterday i was really depressed and stressed, so i forced myself to go running and i came back feeling better then ever.
