  1. You need to get help from someone you trust and cares about you.  I care because that is why I am listening to your cry for help.  If you can't go to your family, try to find a trusted adult at school, church, or any adult you trust that can help you get therapy.  I used to be a troubled teen and therapy really helped me and I am a mom who always will be there if my kids ever need help.  They are adults now, but I will always be mom to them.  The mom in me cares about you!  Please seek help.  You are too precious to hurt yourself.

  2. Me too. Only i don't don't do it anymore, though even thinking about it right now is making me want to do it.

I let out my frustrations into creative outlets, i do blood paintings(painting pictures of bloody, dead people) And at the moment i'm learning the guitar... Anything to scream, to breathe, to not kill myself, 'cos i want to so much... These things help me, and i don't care if anyone thinks i'm a total weirdo. I'm good at portraits now. That, in my control only, is what keeps me here.

  3. see a doctor about this for advice on how to stop completely

  4. Please, please get professional help. I think you have to learn to refocus your thinking. Learn to let out your feelings to someone you trust. Let me know how you are doing. All you have to do is click on my avatar and add me to your contact list. Whenever you want to send me a message, just click on my contact info. I'd like to know how you're doing.

    God Bless.

  5. The fact that you've stopped for however long you have is your main stayign point. The desire you have for it probably falls into remembering how it helped and feeling some of the same anxiety or whatever other triggers it was that set you off before. The point to remember is that you have stopped, that you have other things to do to cope that make you feel even better than cutting, and that you don't need it to survive. Go over your reasons for stopping in the first place. Distract yoruself from the moment with exercise or something you enjoy until you feel better. Confide in someone you trust who knows your struggle that you're feeling a bit down. Hang in there. Like you said, you have a pretty good life now, it's worth fighting for.
