Someone anyone tell me im okay and i will be better.

i need to feel better,im not feeling so well bad things,in the past that i have done are affecting me now,as in my mind is playing tricks on me telling me that im not myself,and im haveing serious anxiety attacks to the point were i think im dreaming and still sleep and everythings not real.But i know im not crazy,well can someone tell me that everythings going to be okay please I NEED THE SUPPORT =*(

  1. You are absolutely fine ...Your mind needs rest...Go for jogging or long walks...in the morings & evenings...Always feel that you are not alone in this world....

  4. Why dont you make an appointment to see the doctor and tell him/her whats going on. You have nothing to lose there. Maybe they will help you. But the main thing is you need to look after yourself and dont have any negative thoughts. Try some exercise, i get depressed as well, ad i swear that exercise does give you a boost and you dont feel so bad. Try some yoga and that will help you with the anxiety attacks. Its worth it cos at the end of the day, who is more important??????????? YOU. And you need to focus on you.

    I know the feeling.

    When i'm feeling bad or sad I try to take my mind off the situation by doing something else.

    perhaps go rent a movie or watch a comedy of television. Try going to a mall to walk around with friends.

  7. It just sounds like you are guilty, or that something in your body is off. You need to talk to your doctor....but don't worry sweetie...everything will be fine :)

  8. Everything is going to be fine :)..If and when I have sh|tty days I remember these things: Tomorrow is another day, Smiling makes you feel good as well as laughter. and most importantly positive thoughts bring positive energy and influence the energy around you. Hope you feel better :))

  10. i have crazy bad anxiety too :/ it sucks, i think the best ting for you to do would be to talk to a professional and they will help you sort out what you are going through :)  dont worry with the help of the people that love you and the fact that you are a strong person , you will be fine and make it through :)

  13. The past has a way of coming back at the time you least expect it. We all do things we are not proud of...f you can try and fix it or appologize for it maybe you should...Maybe after you've fixed it you will feel better about it and let it go. If you cant then you must just remember you are human and no one is perfect!

    You must first forgive YOURSELF before you will be able to move on.

    Its not easy but it will turn out fine....

    I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is dedicated to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you.

    I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

    And most importantly, I am here to help you because I know how it feels to have anxiety or panic attacks.

  15. I am sorry you are feeling like that. I know I have had

    panic attacks in the past and it is an awful feeling.

    I also battle with depression and take meds for it as

    well. You may need to go to th dr. and /or talk to

    someone who can help you. Taking meds really

    helped me and made me feel like myself again. You

    are still "you" your just in a rough spot. When I feel

    like that it always helps me to pray. Everything will be

    okay, things always seem darkest before the dawn.

  18. If you're having a lot of anxiety issues remember that it's very treatable! It may feel like the end of the world, but in the end you are still alive and well... and there are a lot of people out there that can and want to help you. I think you would REALLY benefit from a support group - get in touch with a counselor or therapist to find one in your area. Also, I would definitely consider seeing a therapist or talking to a close friend/teacher/family member about what bothers you. Talk therapy is a wonderful thing, and anybody can do it. :)
