Someone asked me out so I threw a bottle of pee (don't ask) on them and they got partially blinded...?

because some of the glass shattered. They got a restraining order and I'm worried if they might sue... How much money could they take? How much time would I get in the slammer?

If they take you to court, you could get a good lawyer.  Make sure you say in court that you were being hassled by this jerk, and you were simply defending yourself.  Good luck...

you could face assault charges even if the glass did not break, you could receive a year if convicted and a civil suit for damages.

d**n... someone asked you out and you threw pee at them.  that's crazy.  If they got a restraining order, you can count on getting subpoenaed.  You face assault charges with a deadly weapon (because it's a friggin glass bottle).  

This will be a fun day in court!

advice:  maybe get some anger management?
