Someone at work has added spyware to my mobile phone, how do i prove it?

i have asked it ti investigate but they have fobbed me off and i may now get the sack for bringing the subject up

If the phone belongs to the Company and is provided for work use only, they are entitled to monitor it's use in anyway they choose ...

You won't get fired for checking with IT Support that your phone is working correctly (and not eg. infected with a virus), however you might well get fired for using the phone for personal calls ..
