Someone blocked me on msn, but i'm desperate to contact them!?

Me and my guy friend fell out, he blocked me...is there any way I can contact him? Am I blocked to send him and e-mail? I'm kinda mad at him really, but i'm willing to say sorry if it makes it better. I just want my friend back.

You are blocked on MSN but not on hotmail :P

Blocking only blocks instant messenger,

Not the Hotmail,

E-mail him!
