Someone bought something with my mastercard giftcard online can i get my money back?

I tried to purchase something from ebay and my order was cancelled when i look at my transaction history for my card someone purchased something thru paypal in CA and i live in FL i didnt make this purchase wat can i do? Or is there nothing i can do since is a giftcard?

contact paypal and close your account. contact mastercard right now and dispute the charge and close that account. they can issue you a new card.

First answer had it right, unless you can prove it wasn't you that made the purchase, you are out of luck.
