  1. Well, some policies will offer glass coverage with no deductible, and some don't.  It also matters what state you are in.

    So, you're going to have to ask YOUR agent, as no one here has seen your policy - we have no idea!  Maybe, maybe not!  Heck, we don't even know if you have ANY glass coverage at all!

It depends on what coverage you purchased and is stated in your policy.  Take a look at your dec page of your policy to review your coverages.  If you see "broad form glass" coverage, you should be able to replace the window with no deductible.  If you don't, than more than likely you will have to pay the "other than collision" aka comprehensive deductible.  

    Call your insurance agent to make sure.  They should be able to answer your question thoroughly.

  3. If, and only if, you have paid for the coverage called "full glass".  Otherwise, no.
