As you cannot access to that yahoo ID (because you don't have the password etc) you cannot delete it but you can send a complaint to Yahoo Customer Care and file a complaint.

No you can't because you don't have access to that ID.

You can report it to Yahoo.

I would report it to Yahoo if I were you.  Do it right away.  You don't know what they are doing with your info.  The sooner it is resolved, the better.
