Someone dreams the are covered in little insects and....?

Question

they also have green algae covering their left shoulder and this grows into a tongue that covers the face! they are distressed when they awaken.

need help interpreting! i thought the colour green (and fauna) in dreams was a sign of well health, yet dream conveys sense of disturbance. any thoughts, ideas much appreciated.

So in literature, the color green is considered signs of well health.  Since the dream was also disturbing at the same time... maybe it's trying to tell you that something is wrong with your body!  Your mind could be saying that on the outside, it looks like you're well and healthy because of the green algae.  But at the same time, the insects... depending on they're color (Grey or black would be considered death and bad) could mean that on the inside, you really aren't doing so hot.
