i was drivin through a drivethrough bank and there was braille below the instructions wtf why?

  1. i think it is because the same atm's are used inside and out side so the company's just make them all the same i really don't think its because blind people are driving now adays


  2. They are made as a universal model and there also might be someone it the vehicles passengers side or in the rear seat that needs to use it.

  3. So that all those people u complained about being blind when ur driving in rush hour traffic,can have a place to get the money to pay all those fines for reckless driving.

    also banks do it to avoid lawsuits

  5. The Americans With Disabilities Act, signed into law in 1990, requires braille on ATMs. There is no exemption for drive-up machines.

  6. It could just be mandatory by law, but I could imagine up a couple of situations where it's needed.
