Looks like to me Kerry did not get any points. It was his first race this year. I have no explanation at all.

I think it means that they didn't run for points. Look at last year's standings, you got guys with 8 starts and no points.

He didn't receive points because he was "post entry". That is what the PE stands for. Post entry means he was entered into the race after the deadline (which is usually 2 weeks prior to the race). If you miss the deadline, you are ineligible for points!
