  1. im 13 too, 112lbs, city golden glove/silver gloves champion.

    5 miles? wtf? i only run 3.

i jog for a while, then i increase, then sprint for 5 seconds then walk for about 5 then sprint 10 second walk 5 then i jog at a ver high pace for about 30 seconds and walk for about 8.... keep doing that.

dude. your not gonna win all your fights. impossible. but dont be down when you lose your first couple. i was 1-3 my first 4 fights. now look at me now. 15-4.....

also. get some weights (2 or 4lbs) that you wrap around your ankles, use those. also run with 2lbs dumbells in your hands....

when you get done, go home and wrap the ankle weights around your wrist and use the dummbells and shadow box throw concecutive upercuts for about 15 seconds the straights then hooks. then straigabove you shoulders.....

and of coarse you will have to do your normal training, but go all out! during the last 30 seconds go all out throwing 1-2's, uppers and hooks. like you got someone on the ropes and your finishing them.

    good luck

  3. the bes thing to do is have a partner. Workout twice a day. One in the Morning. Run in the afternoon and one at night, Always have your partner with you. If you want to have more than one partner becasue one may flake out on you. Run and eat healthy, but lots of protien and water. You have to start out small with the running and work your way up.

  4. work on your reflexes work on your speed and work on thinking defensively
