I popped in my sent folder in email to refresh my memory on something I had sent a friend and noticed that for the last week or so, all of my personal messages have been forwarded to a "renee25005@yahoo.com". I have NO idea who this is or how my PERSONAL messages keep getting forwarded to this address! Any help in finding out WHO this person is and HOW to block them from getting any more of my personal messages??

  1. Change your password right away, then I would contact yahoo about this person.

  2. change your

    password and

be sure that nobody knows it

  3. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help @cc.yahoo-inc.com

Note: please delete the blank space between help and @ which I had to insert because Yahoo can't handle long addresses. If this doesn't help, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hrs you should get your account back!

Note:  I've given this info. to others with the same problem, and it's helped.  You'll get your account back and they'll (Yahoo) deal with this, trust me!  Call them.
