Someone has hacked my id [e-mail] and change all information please help me out to regain it?

some one has hacked my id and changed all the information now i dont able to to open my account i have already written to last day June 12 and i got a feed back from yahoo and i appreciate your quick reply and i have done what u suggested me but all is in vain please help me i m ready to pay if there is any fee regarding this matter and if i need to visit yahoo office i m ready for that too thier some code on your feedback that is(KMM66735646V20520L0KM) i am adding here for ur refrence. PLease help me out and i can tell u abt the mails which i have got and abt the adress book to let u ensure this id belongs to me only not to no body else.

send an email with ur yahoo (hacked one) in subject line.. then wait for response (instant) then reply ( do not change subject line) and answer questions asked (they can view info. before changes) and then wait 12-48 hours.. they will have you back in your account once you verify!
