Someone help! im freaking out..?

ok, for about a month now, i've had this dark patch on the "armpit" of my leg, it itches alot, and i dont know what it is and im freaking out cuz i think its some disease. please help, what should i do?!!

You should see a doctor.  It's probably something so simple that there's no need to be freaking out.  Ease your mind and go see the doc.

It seems like fungal infection only.

They are quite common in areas like this where sweat accumulates..

Get some topical antifungal like clotrimazole and use for a week applying several times a day.

many a times this infection comes spontaneously from spores in the air.

You can acquire them sexually too, but it doesn't necessarily mean you ll get HIV too.

The symptom you have is one of a fungal infecion and not HIV.

If you are in a country where you dont get over the counter drugs easily, go see ur doc and get the prescription. You ll be fine in  a week.

Reccurence is common. Prevention is by frequent change of underwears and other hygein keeping stuff.

It could be a disease. HIV sometimes causes a rash once you are newly exposed. I bet you will make it to the Dr. now want you? I can't help without knowing what the rash looks like.

It is most likely a fungus, kind of like athletes foot or jock itch - just get some antifungal cream.  Makes sense because that would be a sweaty part of your body.

Well, I advise you seek medical advice; I really do.

If it's not a bruise, then it might be an infection.

Be sure to keep clensing regularly, and keep a healthy diet in which your body can rely to get it's nutrients and protien from.

See a doctor though, seriously.

This is eczema (ringworm)  this type of eczema comes in round patches anywhere over your body - you may only have one.  Yes it does sting when you use soap or itch, you can buy an anti fungal cream in the chemist this should clear it up.  If you are worried best see your doctor for a second opinion. you should go to a dermatologist ASAP.

make sure its not skin cancer, and if its not then its probably a rash or something else.
