Someone is harrassing me on the telephone by calling and hanging up.?

When I go to check the telephone number, the number is blocked. Is there anyway that the Police can trace the number since it is happening everyday? I have optimum voice.

I think you have at least two options:

1. call the customer service for your mobile phone company and let them know about the situation and see if there is anything they can do;

2. go to the police and talk to them about it and see what advice they offer.

but they have better things to do

call your phone company

and have that number blocked so they cant get a hold of you

Just let your answering machine pick up.  I doubt the police will get involved, and I don't know if the telephone company will either.  However, if they stay on the line after you answer but don't speak, get a whistle and blow it loud as possible - every time they call.
