That's weird, maybe someone is just trying to scare you like a close friend or family member. Just make sure the doors are locked, and the lights are on. And don't think much of it, okay? And if you get really scared and your parents are home let them know, or just let any family member know. If you get truly scared and convinced a creeper is out there it wouldn't hurt to carry some sort of bat..

If things take a turn for the worst call the police. But I seriously doubt it will, good luck, oh! and goodnight :)

For 1 thing..close your windows..If they are moving the blinds then the windopw must be open..and if there is a screen on the window..they shouldnt be able to do this anyway...if there is a screen on it..check it and see if there has been a "finger sized" hole poked in it...

you can put bar grills on your kitchen window or screen. might as well reenforce the locks to the doors of your house coz whoever's peeking might be checking out the inside of your house for potential valuables...
