Someone is using my work email and adding me to yahoo groups, how do I get ahold of someone to help me?

Someone has used my work email address and I am getting added to yahoo groups I do not want to be a part of does anyone know who I can contact no Yahoo so I can get this taken care of, everyday I am being added to new groups but cannot access them to stop being a member of these groups.

Talk to your boss at work, explain what is happening and arrange to get a new work email address. Your company needs to check this out if another employee is misusing company information in this way.

The number to contact yahoo is 1-866-562-7219 Press 1 when it picks up and when you hear the service that you are calling about Press that number. Then you will get a live person not a system

more than likely, group owners are adding you to their groups via the add feature

Thats not a yahoo problem... thats something your company is going to have to fix.
