Someone is using our Trademarked name for their yahoo group. How can we get our name back?

MommyZone is a name of a company that is 6 years old. Someone is using that name and we want to get our name back as soon as possible. This is illegal.

The group owner using your company name may not be aware of the legalities.  You could contact the owner and ask that they change their group name.  If they do not follow through, you could then report the group owner to Yahoo.  Make sure to keep copies of any correspondence relating to this matter because you will need it to add to your complaint if need be.
