Someone keeps prank calling me on a restricted number, how do I make it stop?

They've been calling periodically, maybe once or twice a day for the past week, saying "OOPS, wrong number! Sorry!" and then hang up. It's someone I know, obviously, but how do I make it stop? I don't have caller ID, I had to *69 it, and it said they were calling from a restricted number. I don't know what to do.
