Yes- Oaklands in St. Albans do it (well, they did). Get a Uni of Herts brochure- they will help you.

You could also get a company to put you on day release. The money is pants for a while, but at least you get a trade and will be set for life.

University of Hertfordshire? Or, if you're willing to journey a little further, the Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge?

I don't know if you're loking for a uni level qualification, or some post-16 NVQs etc - in which case, look into Cambridge Regional College (CRC) in Cambridge, too.  I've heard they're the best for vocational courses.
