Someone. please, HELP! Even S.O.S!!! :(((?

I registered a domain at Yahoo, but i'm using different hosting provider. I changed nameservers and uploaded the site. Everything is going on well, except the fact that sometimes neither I, nor any other people can open my site. All we get is Yahoo's "Page Under Construction"...

I turned with this problem to both Yahoo and my hostess. Hostess says that this is the issue with Yahoo, because apparently their nameservers are switching with hers. Yahoo, on the other hand blamed hosting. While they are blaming each other, I don't know what to do!! Today a lot of people reported me the same problem again. It happens quite often - almost every day!

Someone, please, help me!!! I'm DESPERATE!!!

Usually when you get the "Page Under Construction" page it's because you have changed your homepage name--the page that opens your site.  To fix this, go to your file manager or even your site builder and rename your homepage to index.html.  That should fix it.
