So i am single and going to school and live by myself but dont work....my parents are divorsed and split my apt rent. But when it comes to grocery's and that they dont have enough money...so i heard about WIC but thats for pregnant people or people with kids......what help can i be eligible for????

apply for food stamps... it's a lot of paperwork, but it's better than not eating. there is also general assistance, but you say you're 'in school'.... there should be some kind of student services. there is another, it's called food banks. walk down to your local church and ask if they have a community services program. if necessary, go to a few churches. much faster than waiting on what you think you're 'eligible' for.

think about it, God makes sure the animals get fed. We're worth far more to Him ;)
