Someone please give me an idea for living expense in London?

I will go to London by the end of this year, I will spend a year there for study english. Could somebody give me an idea for the Transportation cost, food, and housing rate in the possible cheapest way, and as I an International student, how much I can probably get back from working as a part time job?

You can rent a room in a house from about £400 a month in the suburbs, or a studio flat from around. £600 (but that will be tiny)  - about £2 - £5  a day on travel (obviously varies according to how close you are to your school).

I don't know about what right you'd have to work as a foreign student - depends on where you come from and what sort of Visa you have, but in a Saturday job you could expect to make about £6 an hour.
