Someone please help because im very very sad!

i left my dad that i have loved since i was 4 and now i cry i dont see him often plz tell me how to feel better please! i cry alot im very VERY sad please somone tell me how to cheer up

why don't you call him up?

i mean, its better than just thinking about your dad at least even on the phone you could talk to him.
