Someone please help me! Need to know the name of this liquid toy?

Well when I was little I remember having a toy that was a little rectangle clear box thing...it was kinda small..and it was filled with a clear liquid..and it had buttons on the side.when you press the buttons ..little colorful dots rise to the top...that's all i can remember..and it was recently seen in a phone commercial where a little boy was playing with it..it's the commercial for a phone i think..and they said you don't have to say " GOODBYE"..and everyone says "HELLO"..instead.. PLEASE HELP

I think I know which toy u're refering to. When I was a young boy (that's like many years ago, LOL), I used to have quite a number of these. They were cheap then, about $2. I would usually keep my school pocket money just to purchase them at a shop near my primary school. Those were the memories.

They are made by Tomy roughly around 1979 to the early 80's. Unsure of the exact name but try looking on eBay by typing in "vintage Tomy water" or "Tomy water" and see what pops up. I did see the commercial too and I had a dolphin that rocked back and forth in the water and he caught colored hoops.
