Normally, that might not be to bad of a buy and I'm sure you could negiotiate the price down some. However, I did a Car Fax for you on this one and there is a mileage discrepancy with the mileage stated on auto-trader and the mileage on car fax. On 8-12-02 it states 100,922miles. On 2-11-08 it  states 192,828 miles. The ad has it listed as 144,000 or so. Based upon that information, STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I can't think of why you would want to spend that much money on a Jeep that is 11 years old. You will spend monthly what a new Jeep would cost. Put your money on new or not so old. The miles and the money, thank about 6 months and what you put into it.

YOu need to do some negotiating on the price.  Without the "lift" modification, you are talking about a $2400 vehicle.  I don't know how much that modification is worth.....

Check out www.edmunds.com, www.kbb.com or www.cars.com to appraise the vehicle.  

Personally, I wouldn't touch this vehicle.  Too old, Too many miles.  I doubt you get 22 mpg on the highway.  Those modifications are not appealing.
