we omit 'your time' in daily conv.

I suppose you're saying this to someone going away somewhere? Then you'll say:

Tanoshinde kitene (casual) = 楽しんできてね！

Tanoshinde kite kudasai ne (formal) = 楽しんできてくださいね！

I guess you'll say that most of the time. Though if you're saying this to someone going off to do something else like a game, then you could say:

Tanoshinde ne (casual) = 楽しんでね！

Tanoshinde kudasai ne (formal) = 楽しんでくださいね！
