The context it was in it was meant to be a compliment of sorts so I didn't argue about it but... I asked a few other people about this and they said much the same

Can looks be used as a criteria for making moral judgements on someones choices?

Not necessarily, Ted Bundy was a good looking man.  However, if you look at most serial killers, they are rather odd looking.

In Beijing for the Olympics they thought the little girl who sung the national anthem wasn't cute enough, so they made her sing, but a cuter girl lip sing. That is so stupid to even say that ugly people are pervs. What makes a beautiful person is how beautiful you are on the inside.

well perves have low self esteme so i guess that could be because they are ugly but   i think all types are capable of being perves

No, because of something called the halo effect. In short, this says that we often will judge people based on one good trait they have. So if there is an attractive looking person (like a celebrity), we will automatically think that everything they do is also attractive. So just like they look good, we think that they will act good as well.

Definitely not true.  I've met some guys that could be considered really cute if they weren't so creepy.  I think a lot of physical attractiveness is determined by personality, so good-looking people could definitely be pervs.

Ermm, don't really know what the question is because I'm sooooo tired but it's not true that only ugly people are pervs, I can't believe anyone would come out with such B.S. Just remember looks don't influence a persons preferences.
