Someone recommend me some universities?

Question

I am interested in the following fields: Business, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering. Can someone recommend me some decent universities which do not have admission requirements which are too high but are performing better for the above-mentioned fields?

Please also take into considerations the cost of living and safety of the area around the campus in general. Thanks a lot.

In singapore, there's the national university of singapore and nanyang technological university, both are top 50 in the world. Nanyang tech uni is good for it's business courses, esp accountancy. While the national uni of singapore is not bad in engineering courses. singapore is a relatively safe place, the campuses for both unis are in the outskirts of the country and moving from one place to another in singapore is easy as the transport system is efficient and good and The MRT(train) is very accessible.
