  1. Your recruiter will tell you anything, to get you to sign, on that dotted

line. To get his "quota." Or he gets another job in Iraq.

Talk to your doctor about them attacks.

I don't think the army will let you hold a weapon, having attacts.

    Not in my bunker, anyway.

Scale # 10, because they push you to the limit.

  2. You're better off knowing less when you go into boot camp if you go there thinking you know what its going to be like you will be singled out be the drill instructors. And once your singled out they will stress you out even more than they would normally. So just go in blind and do what your told.

  3. Just get used to the idea that you will be running everywhere and that you never have time to rest. Also, learn to eat your entire meal in 5 - 10 minutes.

  4. Join and find out.  If you can take it you will pass. If not you will fail.  Its that simple.

  5. I guess your going to find out,..

You can go to my profile page and click the link there. It is for future Marines..You can read all about what it means and takes to be a Marine..

You can also read about boot camp and watch boot camp videos..You can also read about the many mind games they will play on you.

  6. i'd like to help ya,but i don't think i could do it again...if u r in good physical  shape u r good to go. attitude is what its about

  7. It's 13 weeks and you're going to be exhausted and rushing through everything. From what I read in my husband's letters from PI and what he's told me now, I highly doubt you have time to think about things too much. It's gonna be very stressful, that's the whole point. Break you down, build you back up into a Marine. If it's what you really want, go for it. If it isn't, it's probably not for you.

  8. Here's a good article on surviving marine basic training.

Another one on preparing physically for it.
