  1. yes u kept cofee jar in referigerater till coffe jar is empty , to keeping cofee in referegrater cofee is in good condition and there is no fungus are worms in it

  2. no, it is not a good way to keep coffee, it affects the oils in the coffee beans or grind.

  3. Roasted coffee begins to lose its flavor right after roasting. The flavor loss can be delayed by storing it in closed containers in a cool place like a refrigerator or even a freezer. Roasted coffee does not get better with age, it deteriorates.

I suggest buying beans directly from the roaster for delivery each month. Grind them and brew them fresh every day.

  4. Keep it in a air-tight container in a dark cabinet away from heat(like near the stove). The problem with refrigerating or freezing is the constant change in temp from taking it in and out to use messes with the flavor. Try not to buy too much at once and it will be fine in the cabinet  for a few weeks.

  5. There are popular misconceptions on the way roasted coffee should be stored and maintained. The enemies of roasted coffee are moisture, air, light, and heat. Storing your coffee away from them will keep it fresher longer. Therefore, an airtight container stored in a cool, dry, dark place is the best environment for your coffee.

  6. No coffee would go bad .It would degrade after only 3 hours in cold 40 degree temps.
