  1. Usually a auto parts store, or you can pay up for the dealer item and get OEM parts.  It really doesn't matter where you go because its all the same metal.

If I may, GM antennas are not very tight and don't stay tight for some reason.  Every GM vehicle I have ever own had this problem.  You may want to check it every couple of months to see if it's still tight.

  2. Any auto parts or auto audio store should have one that is compatible.  How much depends on how good you want it to be.

    Replacement is simple, too.

  3. steal it back.. or else from another car

  4. try the gmc yard?

  5. Try the GM dealer for a factory rod... hopefully it's just unscrewed and not snapped off (as people (Usually crack heads to ram down the brillo) yank till they snap it off at the stud and you have to buy the whole thing)

The mast (apparently you get the bottom part also) can be found online for $17 but lists for $31 at the dealer

  6. It is possible it just fell off, or some one took it as a joke. (happened to my BF)  either way, you can buy another one at an auto shop if you want to.

  7. :*(

my friend used a Coat Hanger for his antenna

  8. do you know how pathetic this question is?

you got something stolen, and now youre telling the world :D

  9. First off let your fingers do the walking. Call your local junk yards first. Make sure they have what your looking for with the make & model of your vehicle. Ask them if they will take it off the vehicle in their yard, otherwise you would have to take it off the vehicle yourself. Most yards charge a flat rate to find what your looking for and others will only charge you for the part. Just a word of warning about junk yards you would have to walk around the entire yard to find what you are looking for.

If you go to an audio store, radio shack, even Walmart carries them..the same thing applies let your fingers do the walkin. Some places carry them & some don't. You shouldn't have to waiste your gas or your time driving around.

Next does your antenna go up & down when you turn the radio on & off. Then you will need someone to install it & here's were the real money comes in. In that situation you have to take it in to a special shop or a dealership. They would have to take the body panel off to install the antenna depending on of it's in the back quarter panels or in the front by the engine.

Otherwise if you don't mind the look you could always use a coat hanger. LOL

    I hope this was helpful.
