Someone threw something in my lawn and the grass is dying very fast. Do you guys know any First Aid for grass?

Smell like Kerosene or even Weed Killer. My grass was sooo green and beautiful!! Is dying in minutes!!! HELP!!!!!!!!

We had a similar situation and the local plant pathologist suggested packing the lawn with activated charcoal to absorb whatever your someone threw on your lawn.  Could help.

You may well consult your local Master Gardener or County Agent - or an independent pathologist.

Worst case - someone wants to mess with you and knows a bit about herbicides.  A blend of diquat (for fast knock-down of the lawn) 2,4,D or Dicamba(mess with trees which share a common root zone) and Princep (at a heavy enough rate to act as a long-term sterilant) could cause you enough landscape trouble to last quite a while.  Hopefully, this is not the case and it's something you can work through.
