Someone told me you get paid if someone subscribed your favorites or video's on youtube is this true?

Well as far as i know, the answer is no coz i have 33 subscribers and no money.

However some people who have thousands of subscribers can be made YouTube partners and receive a share of the revenue from advertising.

No, its not, i thought so when i started youtube, but its not true, at all. But good thing you asked.

no it is not true - maybe if you had 1 million sucribers you might get a share in youtube ( just a guess)
