The embassy in your home country must have a record of your visa, maybe you can find a way of getting in touch with them and ask them what to do. Or your home country's embassy in the UK can help.

so? if i understood your question correctly? you are in the UK now? you must contact immigration and tell them about the torn page in your passport, they have records of giving it to you, do not wait,and fear a control, if you are legally in the UK? they will replace it......

Report it to the authority in your home country, if possible. With computer records, many things like this are backed up and can be scanned qand sent to you. I don't think you can be deported for this. If there is a problem, on the visa;- then yes, you can be sent packing. So someone can't just say the dog ate my visa. Excuses don't work on official documents.
