Someone tries to threaten to harm me after I did something to them of minor measure, what do i do!?

I did something minor that angered him. Now he threatens to harm me, and if i call the police, his friends will carry on the task, whom i've done nothing to. HELP! running low on time here. He won't stop til he gets what he wants, even so, i don't know if it'll stop him.

Get out of town and stay with your relative for a year.

Go to the police; go in broad daylight, during a busy day of the week. Bring evidence if you can, and don't leave the building until you've got a solution set up. If you have to, have a bus/plane ticket ready and waiting to take you out of town as soon as you make your charges.

That's assuming it's as drastic as you're making it out to be. You can also just call the precinct; dialing 311 will connect you to your local one. If you're worried about being followed or witnessed contacting the police this is a private way to do it.

If you have been threatened the person can be arrested for Terrorristic Threats.  You need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person did so and you actually feared for your safety, and the person was able to carry out the threat if they wanted to.

What is he threatening to do? (Details) Shoot you with a telescopic gun while you go to the local drugstore?

Write a letter to the Commissioner of Police and get a reciept when you submit this letter asking for police protection
