Someone trying to reach me by land line but it says the call is restricted.?

My parents have been trying to call me recently from their land line to my land line and it has worked in the past until recently. Now when they try and call it says that the call can't be completed because their number has been restricted from calling my residence. I called my phone company and they don't see any numbers being blocked on my end. The phone company suggested that I look at my phone's features. I did that and I don't have a phone that can block numbers. Is there something that I'm missing? Anyone know an answer on how to get my parents number working again?

Either they are not paying their bill or they have a toll restriction on their line that does not allow for calls over 5 mies away and to some cell phones.

Sound like you have "call Block" activated on that number.

That's all it can be. Your telco is wrong

OR

you folks have your number activated in their "Call Restricted"  service.

do you live alone ? i would look at whoever has access to your phone
