Someone went to paint an put paint all over my pics.. is there anyway i can edit it out??

if image is open at the time, you can undo once, and/or close and don't save,

if picture has been saved with paint marks, no you can not edit out conveniently ,

if you need the original you could try to get copy from source again,

if there is no remaining source you could try undeleting / unerase original file from drive

Pictures edited and saved with paint only have a single layer. There is no way to undo changes that have been saved. Only pictures that are saved in the format of a photo editing program can be reversed. JPG can't be undone.
