I have a friend who works with someone who is often times possibly drunk but not really obvious. Probably due to tolerance. This person works hard and is always professional, treats everyone well, and is just really a good person, so that is what makes this question difficult. It is just suspected among co-workers that this person may have a problem with alcohol.

The question then is, should she say something to her boss or human resources regarding this? Or, if this person continues to function well despite their possible problem, leave them alone?
