Someone who works at a call center job PLEASE HELP!?

I just got a call for an interview for a call center position and I'm going to be answering inbound calls and i just wanted to know what kind of computer programs they usually work with, is it easy or what?????

What I have found is that it really depends on what the inbound calls are about.  Inevitably you'll have some predetermined script to work off of and some form of order entry.  In any case, order entry is just a matter of asking questions and inputting the answers in the Right place.  Tedious, but easy.  You'll have emails and what-not but for specific programs......  Its all gonna depend on what the calls are about.  Also, most call centers do a REALLY good job of training newbies on there software.  Good luck!
