Someone you love, says they love you, but Gives loves to another?

Question

I love my partner who says he loves me, yet I find him consoling and doing things for other women. When I confront him, he says he feels sorry for them.

My theory: The person you love, who loves you back, USES the love youre giving them For another. So instead of giving it all to you - they go and give it to others.

Hope that made sense.

You are either very insecure or just selfish, If he says he loves you then im sure he means it,

Be proud that you have a fellah, who is caring enough to help others when they need it, there are too many people in this world that dont care

i agree with you.

some people dont know how to handle all the love your giving to them and in ways that dont mean to hurt you they give it to other people.

in one way having been given so much love from another its like having a responsibility not to break someones love, someones heart.

responsibility gets more serious

I understand what youre saying, but we dont give love to get that love in return. We give love because we feel for that person.

There are many kinds of love. Your partner is perhaps a considerate person, a lover of humanity - Im sur he loves you back in the way of treating you fine, saying kind things, buys birthday etc gifts.... but he cannot be tied to being kind to just one person. Do you feel as you do when he does kind things to his siblings, parents, male friends?

I am similar in as much that I do for other people, smile and be happy in their company, help whenever i can  but I would never two time, say loving things etc, cuddle  kiss.......there is a line to draw.

At the end of the day, love should be consistent, unconditional and unlimited.

the sooner you realize this fact the easier for you: guys loves multiple partners. love doesn't exist for guys. he is just saying what ever is necessary to get what he wants, don't think his words has any meaning.

please don't post your love life on philosophy. thanks. sorry, it's not as deep as you think. you can learn it the easy way or through heartbreaks.
