Despite losing the final battle, Somerset succeeded in qualifying into the Champion League where they will take on World’s top domestic sides later this year. Following stress-related sickness which earlier put a full stop before his international career,
Trescothick will not be able to join his troop for journey to India.
However, he is confident about his team’s chances to do something excellent on their trip to India. Meanwhile, he referred the upcoming Champions League as a great opportunity for young lads to learn a lot of things, saying that playing against the top players
from all across the globe will help them analyse their strengths and weaknesses.
