Something's eating my plants?

Question

I planted perennials and something's eating the leaves, but nothing else.

I live in NY if that helps.

It might be Japanese Beetles or Aphids. Look closely at the leaves and see what kind of insect is doing the damage. Garden Dust or a Japanese Beetle trap may be needed.
