There are sooo many kids in this family and the fifteen birthday parties a year are always the same. Balloons, banners, cake, icecream at the park= booorring, booring, boring. I want to do something fun and original for my sons second birthday. We don't have a huge amt. of money to spend, but I want it to be soemthing different and fun for all the kids. Most of the kids are 6/under. His birthday is Sept. 27

  1. u could do a disney themed party and have pooh bear, peter pan, etc. and/or u could have a "throne" and crowns for all the kids (if the b-day boy is the only one who gets them - 6 yr olds are bound to get upset) u could have them make crowns w/the help of their moms or dads and u could have a baby pool there. tell ur son happy birthday from me!

  2. Chuck E. Cheese.

  3. Play the game: Let's see who can sit up and stay awake without making a mess of birthday cake.

  4. I don't know where you live but at Grifith Park in the Los Angeles area there are pony rides, train rides, carousel rides and a huge park to play games in. You could have a treasure hunt, hide party bags with toys and candy and let the kids find them, like an Easter egg hunt. A petting zoo is fun. A nature center, some have animal shows and are usually free. you could make crafts, kids love glitter and glue! I once hired a singing clown the kids loved that. Have fun.

  5. If you don't have a lot of money to spend, maybe sticking to "the usual" isn't a bad idea. Maybe you can hire a magician or clown or some other kind of entertainment for kids.

  6. My son's actually turning 2 in August. We're going to do it at Chuck E Cheese. He loves going there and we know that all the kids will have fun. I heard that Gymboree was another great place for kids, if you have one nearby
