Something happened to my LG EnV! how do i fix it?

my phone just showed up saying music only mode.. how did it get like this and how can i change it back?

do you have insurace on it?

maybe there is a way to reset it? if not, take the battery out, let it chill for a minute or so and then turn it on again. if that fails, get an iPhone.

enV s SUCKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have one right now... sooooooooo many problems! screen broke turns on and off for no reason and it will want to work if it has to it has a mind of its own I SWEAR! im hopefully getting a new one since i have insureance but i absoulstly dont want the enV2 cuz of all the envs problems so i am trying to convince them to give me a diff. phone like a cheap one good luck and i wanna say im on the same page sista!
