Something happened with my r4 theme?

Question

i downloaded the themes from the computer and placed them into the themes folder, but i deleted 8 of the default 10 theme folders. When I play on my ds it only switches betwween the two default themes

Re-create the folders again, then you can google nds themes, download them and insert them back into the folders :)
